Data Analyst Manager Personalization and CRM (f/m/diverse)

Tasks

  • Translate insights from complex data into  initiatives. This involves, among others, product recommendations and personalized sales campaigns. Moreover, be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of those initiatives in a cross-functional team.
  • Develop KPI`s such as customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value that are making insights and data available to management and other departments
  • Design and implement a competitive tool landscape for digital CRM and cross-channel personalization in cooperation with our Solution Architects and other stakeholder
  • Take ownership for digital customer relationships across all channels to increase sales and customer engagement.

Profile

  • You hold a degree with a strong analytical focus (e.g. business informatics, statistics or another equivalent field)
  • You have several years of holistic experience with customer analytics as well as with the management of digital CRM and personalization.
  • You gained experience in handling common e-commerce and database technologies
  • Experience with usual analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power-BI or Adobe Analytics) would be a huge plus.
  • You have managed agile software projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You have strong teamwork and communication skills in cooperation with internal and external  stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment
  • You have a passion for analytics and work in a result-oriented and structured way
