Your mission

As Email Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing Manager Direct Channels (f/m/diverse) you plan, develop and execute cross-channel performance marketing programs with a focus on Email Marketing. You guarantee most efficient and personalized touchpoints for selling, servicing and upselling our travel companion products and features.

Your tasks

  • You act as the go-to person for all Email related topics at Eurowings. Therefore, you have all needed know-how about common Email and Online Marketing Tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Responsys)
  • You use analytical tools (eg. Adobe Analytics) to build different reports and monitor the performance of our campaigns and initiatives
  • With your understanding of business-relevant issues and opportunities you are able to draw conclusions from KPIs and propose hands-on solutions to improve campaigns performance
  • You communicate proactively and inform other stakeholders (Internal / External) about relevant changes and updates related to ongoing activities
  • With the strong relation you have with them, you make sure that the work in the area of performance marketing at Eurowings is completed in the best way possible

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in operational, technical and strategical direct marketing
  • You have a technical understanding of email marketing automatization
  • An experience with the common push notifications tools would be a plus
  • With your strong communication skills, you know how to build relationships with different stakeholders and how to get your messages across
  • Keeping a cool head (also in very busy times) while remaining focused on the right priorities is your natural habit
  • Your eagle eye and passion help you to always pay attention to different aspects such as current developments and trends in the area of Email Marketing
  • You are energized, open-minded and you are not afraid of stepping out of your comfort zone
  • You already worked with cross-functional teams

Getting to know each other

If you pass the first phone interview, you will be invited to visit us in Cologne. During our Peer and Company fit interviews, you will get to know not only your potential future team, but also people from other teams. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills as well as your field through a technical challenge. During these conversations (a Peer interview and a Company fit interview), you will get all the information you want about the position you applied for and our company culture. If the team makes a positive decision, there will be a final interview with the leadership team.
