Your tasks

As Working Student Employer Branding & Recruiting (f/m/diverse), you support us in building an authentic and sustainable employer brand (regionally and internationally) with online and offline communication through different channels. 

  • You evaluate the value of different online platforms where our positions could be promoted
  • Social media is your world and you enjoy sharing content to our community keeping an eye on reporting figures
  • You support us in the preparation of employer branding events (e.g. meetups)
  • To attract the best talents, you ensure the further development of our career pages and job posts
  • You support us in ensuring a great candidate experience through the overall recruiting process

Your profile

  • You are a registered student of a business administration, marketing, communication or equivalent program
  • You have strong communication skills both in English and German
  • You already have an experience with social media and content management systems
  • You have interest for new technologies and e-commerce platform development

Once you submit your application, we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible. We will contact you to arrange an initial telephone interview to get to know you.

Getting to know each other

If you pass the first phone interview, you will be invited to visit us in Cologne. During our Peer and Company fit interviews, you will get to know not only your potential future team, but also people from other teams. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills as well as your field through a technical challenge. During these conversations (a Peer interview and a Company fit interview), you will get all the information you want about the position you applied for and our company culture. If the team makes a positive decision, there will be a final interview with the leadership team.
