The Travel Companion will support our customers with relevant information to remove uncertainty and will on top provide individual products and services to ensure an enjoyable travel experience. As this is mainly going to be used “on the go” - the Eurowings App is the most important channel for achieving this ambitious Product Vision.
Your mission
As Mobile Project Manager (f/m/diverse), you are a key driver and problem solver working not only within our mobile teams, but also within the entire organization. You help to remove blockers, solve dependencies and other issues and with that enabling our teams to work at 100% capacity. Collaboration is key to you, and you know how to inspire others to act the same way – with your work ethic as well as your passion for great digital products.
Your tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive transparency
- Mentor and guide our mobile development teams – train, develop and support your colleagues
- Demonstrate empathy and moderating skills, even in conflict situations
- Support of Product Owners to realize their product vision
- Optimize team performance by working with agile KPIs (e.g. velocity) and optimizing the agile process flow
Your profile
- You have a great interest in our app and the appetite to work at Eurowings Digital
- You are excellent at problem-solving with your hands-on experience
- You have technical project management experience in the software development environment
- You are passionate about agile methods and know how to develop agile mindsets in others
- You are performance-driven and you have the ability to adapt agile methods to the needs of the company
A big plus
- You already worked with Atlassian tools, like Jira, Confluence and Service Desk
- You hold a certificate as a Scrum Master or as a Project Manager
- You used to work in complex environments
