As a Junior CRM Automation Manager (f/m/diverse) you are responsible for the setup and maintenance of marketing campaigns and programs in our email marketing platform and functionalities system. As an allrounder, you are responsible for the technicalities behind email campaigns - from creating emails to segmenting audiences and orchestrating programs with the support of the CRM Marketing Managers in the team
- You create nicely looking, branded and correctly rendering emails
- You execute programs for the perfect orchestration through different channels (email, push, SMS)
- You work with customer data to create lists, segment audiences and personalize content, support with data integrations and implement tracking
- You make sure the infrastructure is up to date
- Previous experience in CRM field and marketing automation; worked with ESPs and campaign management platforms (Responsys, Emarsys, Salesforce or similar)
- You have basic HTML and SQL knowledge
- Working knowledge of email campaign best practices including list and subscribers’ management, deliverability and compliance (GDPR)
- Working knowledge of setting up tracking (e.g. Google Analytics, Exact Tag, Adobe Analytics or similar)
- Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in English. German is a big plus, but not a must
