  • The entire recruitment process is in your hands, from channel selection, application screening and carrying out IT specialist interviews, right through to greeting new employees on their first day
  • You will post job advertisements targeted to the relevant group via online job markets, online communities, social media etc.
  • You know how the market works and you have a clear idea of who would be a perfect fit for the team – in this role you will also provide consultancy to our management
  • You are even capable of finding, inspiring and recruiting passive candidates
  • You see the person behind the profile and can approach people individually
  • You have your finger on recruiting trends and you enjoy taking new paths
  • With the aid of our recruiting partners, you analyse the performance of recruitment channels and optimise the way we appeal to people
  • Cooperation and knowledge exchange are important to you – you work closely with your colleagues from Eurowings Aviation and Lufthansa


  • You have at least 2 years of experience and are an expert in recruitment, particularly the area of IT recruitment
  • You have a good eye for young talent and you can inspire professionals with an enthusiasm for Eurowings Digital
  • To you, success means finding a perfect match between the person and the job
