Therefore, we are continuously working passionately on providing diverse and attractive offers on our online booking platforms Eurowings & Eurowings Holidays and mobile Apps to empower our customers with relevant information and smart digital services throughout their travel experience.
Your Tasks
- Expansion and establishment of the offline sales channels for Eurowings Holidays
- Responsibility for the management and development of large sales partners
- Execution of contract negotiations and performance management to achieve revenue growth
- Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy and identify new business opportunities
- Development and implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s objectives
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustainable partnerships, including troubleshooting in sales channels
- Monitoring sales budgets and forecasts to achieve financial targets
- Representing Eurowings Holidays at industry trade fairs and events
Your Profile
- At least 5-8 years of experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry
- Extensive experience in analyzing market and sales data for decision-making and deriving strategic actions for the further development of offline sales channels
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organization (up to executive management)
- Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and structure the work environment
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with strong negotiation skills

Getting to know each other
If you pass the first Get2Know interview, you will be invited to a further exchange (=Peer Interview). During our Peer Fit interview, you will get to know not only your potential future team but also people from other teams. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills as well as your field through a technical challenge. During this conversation, you will get all the information you want about the position you applied for and our company culture. If the team makes a positive decision, there will be a final interview with the leadership team.
