Digital Experience team

The Digital Experience team is the voice of our customers. In this team, our Product and Experience owners as well as our Designers are in charge to realize current and future needs of customers. More than that, the team is passionate about creating experiences that our customers will never forget. The team members are working directly in our squads. These squads are all displayed along our customer journey. Among others, we have one squad dedicated to the booking topics, one to the post-sales services or one for our mobile application.

Project Management team

“The Project Management Office (PMO) is to be understood as an overarching steering unit. In addition to setting up, maintaining & supporting (agile) processes and standards throughout the company, the PMO is also responsible for prioritizing and providing a companywide overview of all ongoing initiatives. Furthermore, the PMO deals with overall budget controlling and ensures transparency regarding resource allocation and the associated costs.” Esther – Manager PMO

Sales and Product team

Our sales team selects and creates the right offers at the right time, with the right content for our customers. Our Content Managers ensure that our customers will easily find the information they need in the Eurowings platforms. Additionally, our Performance Marketing Manager and analysts are in charge of our marketing performance. Their analysis and optimizations at this level is crucial to prepare the best offers for our future customer experience.

Ancillaries team

“Being a low-cost airline, the ancillary services and products have a key role in our business model. We aim to design products that cater our customer needs and provide a shopping experience where every customer can tailor their own flight to his/her specific needs. Our main tasks and challenges are to contribute to the ongoing business model transformation by redesigning product features, providing an optimal, personalized upselling experience on all digital and physical touchpoints, and optimizing pricing strategies with a data-driven approach. When it comes to the partners service, we are constantly trying to enrich our partner portfolio to meet customer expectations and needs in line with the idea of the Travel Assistant.” Doro - Product Manager Flight Ancillaries

People team

The HR team takes care of the journey of our team members at Eurowings Digital. From the recruitment and on-boarding phase, to the organization of the daily HR administration and the personal growth of every team member, we are dedicated to create the right environment for our people´s success.

Development team

Being a digital company, we give a core place to our Tech. team. This team is directly working within our squads. Therefore, every team member can efficiently bring his expertise and ideas in every step of our projects’ evolution. Working in the jungle of data, the team is first in charge to collect, transform and cluster Eurowing´s customer data. After this step, the main goal of the team is to deliver precise and relevant quantified information to all stakeholders who need it. This data is essential for all our decisions and strategies.
