Media Sales & Partnerships Manager (all genders)

As part of the Commercial Development Management team at Eurowings Digital, you will support media sales growth by driving cross- and upselling strategies, acquiring new partners across industries, and managing the full sales cycle. You oversee content and programmatic campaigns with marketing teams, ensure KPI-driven performance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Moroever, you also contribute to daily operations, sales materials, and portfolio expansion.
Your Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase media sales revenues, including cross- and upselling of existing products and advertising spaces
- Proactively identification and acquisition of new partners for Eurowings – not only in tourism but also in adjacent and cross-industry markets (e.g., retail, technology, lifestyle, FMCG, automotive, finance)
- Independently management of the entire sales process: from lead generation and outreach to presentations and successful contract conclusion
- Oversee content and programmatic campaigns holistically – from planning to execution, in close collaboration with marketing, performance marketing and content teams
- Ensure ongoing alignment with relevant departments, service providers, and media agencies
- Monitor and optimize performance and KPIs in partner and media sales management; create best practices, competitive analyses, and reports
- Present and communicate new product initiatives to expand the portfolio for relevant advertising clients
- Prepare sales materials and proposals
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Development Management team in daily operations, billing processes, and workshops
Your Profile:
- University degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality, media, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in a sales position or media agency
- Solid knowledge of digital media and experience with campaign, media, and CRM tools
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and B2B relationships in media sales, programmatic advertising, or partner management
- Strategic foresight and strong analytical judgment – combined with initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently and purposefully
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation talent
- High level of initiative, creativity, quality awareness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented, independent working style
- Affinity for digital technologies and agile working methods, as well as adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong team spirit, customer orientation, and conflict management skills round off your profile
