“My first cross-functional project involved not only Eurowings Digital, but also other commercial and operational teams within Eurowings. For many colleagues, the agile methodology was a new way of working. To harmonize the digital workflows with the operational tasks, together with the team we decided to make it happen and go the extra mile. As a result, we on-boarded all colleagues about the agile methodology, the tools and the new structure we were going to use during the project. Despite a bumpy start, but thanks to the right attitude, we have delivered the project successfully, right on time within the expected scale and launched a new flight ancillary product for our customers.” Daniel – Product Manager Flight Ancillaries

We also love using our internal praise tool to value the performance of any team member. Additionally, a growth environment is offered to everyone. For that, regular performance review meetings and trainings are proposed.
